Research on the concept “restoration” of the testorative justice

Restorative justice, which originated in the 1970s, has been applied to various crime response systems worldwide. The judicial practice of foreign countries proved that restorative system benign value complementing traditional criminal justice system, disadvantages diluting interests victims and stability community, failing prevent crimes, not conducive helping offender return society. Restoration is precondition so implantation must correctly understand leading concept restoration. This paper conducts inspections on “restoration” from three dimensions. First, existential dimension, this did research etymological interpretation “restoration judicial” its meaning historical evolution, proposed include efficiency economic content; secondly, normative explained two-dimensional structure internal time dimension participation “restoration”; finally, deconstructed oppositional elements “restoration”, pointed out trend elimination barriers among inside “restoration”.
